3. Customer Orders: Customers place orders through our website or mobile app, selecting the desired fuel type, quantity, and delivery location.
4. Order Confirmation: Henaji notifies the vendor about the new order, providing all relevant details, including the order location, quantity, payment evidence, and other relevant information. The vendor will accept and confirm the order within a stipulated time.
5. Delivery Preparation: The vendor prepares the fuel delivery by assigning a certified driver and ensuring the fuel truck is properly loaded and equipped for safe transportation.
6. Tracking: Henaji provides real-time tracking of the fuel truck, allowing both the vendor and the customer to monitor the delivery progress.
7. Delivery Execution: The vendor's driver follows the designated route to reach the customer's location. They adhere to safety protocols and regulations during transportation.
8. Delivery Confirmation: Once the fuel delivery is complete, the vendor updates the platform, confirming successful delivery and noting any additional information, such as the customer's signature or any issues encountered.
9. Payment Processing: Henaji handles the payment process, securely processing the vendor’s payment and transferring the funds to the vendor's account, minus any applicable service fees.
